Amenities*included in your rent

Set up your own retail space on our shelves to potentially earn more money while you aren't there. We have an added low fee of 50 dollars a shelf/month to use our retail shelves. We also offer a 15 percent commission on sales of any in-salon product, which you are welcome to use on your clients.

You are also allowed to bring in your own roller tray/storage. We have a few trays for borrowing. We also offer color bottles, color boards, scales, and multiple color line swatch books to borrow as you need and extension line swatches!

Ample Storage-

Currently, we carry Eleven, Wella, and Joico brands of shampoo and conditioner. Towels, robes, and capes are also available for use.

As a salon, we pride ourselves on our work environment/culture. We are aware of many illegal practices that happen in the industry and you will never have to worry about that here. We respect you as an independent business owner and want you to thrive.


By law, licensed professionals who sign a lease for a space rental in a salon are responsible for their own insurance, payment portal, and control all forms of contact with their clients. We do not control your employment because you are not an employee. We also don't send personal group texts, we only send important information regarding any maintenance to your preferred contact.

We require all new monthly lease renters to sign a three-month introductory lease to ensure
everyone is thriving and has all their needs met. After the introduction, we will carry on with a 12-
month lease, *at the agreement of the owners*
